Spoke to owner again ealy this morning, she has been out in the area since 6.00am and there has been no sign of Bella. Owner's parents are going to the area, which is a good few hours drive from where they live.

If there is anyone in the area who can help in the search it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jan x

Have sent an email to The Animals Refuge, Carlisle with link to DL and have attached Bella's photo. I think maybe this is where the strays in the Carlisle area are taken, mentioned on the council website. They have an FB page but can't post on there. Hope Bella is home soon :)

Photo received and now uploaded. Spoken to family and owner who is away from home with Bella. Bella was spooked by another dog and ran off scared. Owner has been looking in the area since then, which is a vast area. The DW and Chip Co have been contacted. I've given advice of things to do and will also email info/advice with Scenting Instructions. Owner has only got Internet access at the moment via her phone, another photo is being sent. Keeping everything crossed she is found soon. Jan x
