- I listed the dog as sighted, but it was a friend who actually spotted it. She;s not a doggy person so we checked pictures on the net to identify the breed, it could have been a cross. She thought the dog looked a bit muddy and scruffy but not skinny. It was definitely on its own, she checked the street for an owner but saw no-one and couldnt follow it any further as her kids were on their own in the house. Sorry i havent got any extra concrete details.

- How can we check if it was not a local springer going for a walk- does anyone live near there? Can whoever reported it say if the dog looked lost and scruffy? Biscuit does bleach blonde in the sun. Are there any sits nearby where this dog could have escaped from? I am quite anxious to hear more- and so is Michelle for Oscar, I am sure. THANKS for posting.

- or Oscar or Biscuit, they could have very dusty and dry coats from being lost for so long. Wishing x
