Hi just to let you know that belle is safe in the kennels! she was handed in to rayleigh Police yesterday. owners has now been contacted and we are still waiting for them to collect her. she phoned Southend council at lunchtime and was then contacted by the kennels. unfortunately the details on the chip were not connecting!
