- Thanks for the update Jackale. :)
They are safe back home with their dad and will soon get back to normal with plenty of TLC which no doubt they will be getting. Very common for dogs to get stuck in a hole and once they have lost weight they are able to get free. Look forward to the REUNITED photo. Sending them lots of hugs and cuddles. - This is the email from Lea telling the full story:
Yes, what good news, Norman was crying. A gentleman phoned Norman at 7.30 this morning from Dove Holes to say there was a jack russell hanging about near where the jazz festival was held, so Norman wizzed up in his van and found Ted. Ted looked extremely thin and his eyes were sore. Norman looked around for Sam but he was no where to be seen. After about half an hour after shouting for Sam, Norman turned round and Sam was walking up the fields, and wobbling everywhere, again very thin and sore eyes. Norman could not believe it. I think they have been stuck down a rabbit hole and could not get out, but because they lost weight whilst in there they managed to crawl out eventually.
I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done, Norman says a big thank you, also Sam and Ted send hugs. I will send you some photos, when I have them.
I love happy endings :) Welcome Home Sam and Ted, no more running off you guys. - 2011-07-14 22:27 AlisonH

- Fantastic news, Sam and Ted are home - woo hoo. Had an email from the neighbour who is helping the owner. They are very thin and weak and it is thought they may have been stuck down a rabbit hole, but they are fine. Tried to ring but no answer, will try again in a while to get the full story and ask for a reunited photo :)

- Just spoken to a lady who is helping the owner in his search for Sam and Ted.
