- Not sure if I am missing the point, but is the address the only detail registered? No name or telephone number? There are two Albany Streets in Bradford. How long does she have left at the kennels?

- Good, someone just posted on the FB Doglost Yorks page :
If someone with a scanner and user code rings the chip registration office, they will tell them all the details registered including contact numbers.

- there is, you just need to search more specific. google is just not very clever and can't cope unless you put in a city/town name, theres one in leeds, huddersfield, wakefield, halifax, bradford

- Zara's owner states that this dog is chipped to 2 Albany Street, West Yorks. Just done a Google maps, and there is no Albany Street in West Yorks ? Jytte ( one in Edinburgh, one in Camden Town, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale)

- is it possible to try trace owners via the microchip implanter code? every vet/charity/dog warden that implants a chip has to put their personal code on the chip registration form.maybe if someone official contacted whoever the implanter code is with the west yorkshire address they may have up to date contact details or know what vet the dog was registered to next if it moved to blackpool. As most vets will fax histories to a new vet
