SO PLEASED TO SEE THESE 2 HOME - Praying that the vets can get them re hydrated and on the road to recovery x

Kimmybear, I can't take any credit for this as the area we pointed out was searched with no apparent result. I think it's Marmite's determination plus luck plus a bit of a miracle! Praying for the same for Beetle.

We are now home. We went out a third time yesterday evening, having had to stop earlier as the trail led straight down a narrow bridle path which had endurance riders coming up it the opposite way. Wispa got back on the scent, but she had originally followed the scent from the point where they went missing and it led through woodland paths to a green lane. From that point she showed us a circular trail and I think they are not far from the perimeter. We couldn't find anything in the middle but I think it may still be worth double checking inside the trail as well.

Was in Coates area yesterday walking and will go again today and poster. Might be worth sending poster to GL5 contacts too, as quite a lot of Stroud dogs are walked near where the terriers went missing.

Phebe and Wispa have been out twice now and have picked up and are following scent. They are going back tonight, when its quieter to do some more. Local DWs and vets have been informed,as have Cheltenham Dogs home, Teckels at Stroud and the Beaufort hunt . There is a big Endurance ride on tomorrow, suggested to owners they poster the secs. tent.

photos are on and emails sent, owners are out atm checking badgers sets, atm and old airshafts. Hailey wood has many airshafts for the disused Thames and Severn Canal tunnel. Also the main railway between Swindon and Gloucester.Last edited: 2011-07-26 22:58:34 by Mollychops
