- Let us know if he is in the papers. Thanks. As a thought, is there a railway line anywhere near? Sadly, some of our missing dogs tend to find these horrible things and we don't always know. If there is one, please call Network Rail as it would be good to rule it out. Put lots of posters up around the station too. Also, did you call the council or Highways people? They can back track to check. As he is such a lovely dog, it is very possible someone has kept him. You are doing well, Shelley. xLast edited: 2011-08-11 00:15:04 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders

- There's a lot of land out that way but I suspect if roaming he will keep to where there's a food supply, i.e. people, and he needs a water supply. Streams, horse troughs, lake etc. Where did your brother live - is it possible Charley is homing in on that area at all? Please do everything in the e-mail I sent you, very important. Even if you have done this before, do it again. Someone may have taken Charley in as he is so lovely. Dogs can survive in the wild for months, so do not give up. Maybe see if you can get him in the papers? Good luck x

- So sorry to hear about Charley. I lost my black lab on the 23rd at the CLA game fair. I have been ringing round the area where Charley went missing looking for my dog. A really excellent rescue centre is the Ardley Rescue Centre, they were really helpful. Its is a bit of distance from where you lost him, but worth a ring. They are the out of hours for the dog warden at Cherwell Council. 01869346307. Hope this helps. Keep an eye out for Lilah whilst you are looking please, and I'll ask about for Charley.

- Is SL7 Marlow? Would suggest informing Stokenchurch Dog Rescue and Battersea Old Windsor as well as all local vets incase he's been handed in. If you can be more precise as to where he went missing from, I can put the word around my son's and daughter's friends out that way.
