OWNERS FOUND.
on holiday in Uk. dog to be collected but dog warden hoping to have a word with assitance of afrench speaking person to explain about law on having tag and collar.

This dog has been spotted running loose for a coule of days and has now been caught by dog warden.

No collar or tag but dog does have a french microchip. we are making calls trying to help DW locate any details to find owners.
Dog is currently being kept in a holding kennel under Epping Forest council.
