- What a relief this boy is safely back home xx His owner must be delighted.
Welcome back Rollo xx - 2011-08-21 05:58 buffysmum
- Glad Rollo is back home.Stay safe now. Get rid of the extending lead. Dogs are harder to keep control of whilst attached and its also harder for the person to hang onto the dog.

- So glad Rollo has been found. Liz xx

- Just reading this and really feel for the owner as she does not live in the area she lost her dog. I'm wondering if she realises the support available to help her search. Has she or her neighbour been back in touch?

- I have just managed to speak to the owner. She lives in Shropshire and was visiting the area when Rollo ran off. So he doesnt know it. She has no internet access. Her next door neighbour posted on here for her.
She's put posters up and notified all the right authorities and done everything she can. She says she's very tired as she's just got back home after searching for him.
She's going to ask her neighbour to contact me as soon as possible. - 2011-08-11 15:48 Goldenfrodo
- I wish the owner would get in touch. When I phoned, it just kept ringing out for ages.
Just have to hope Rollo is ok. Its good that he's microchipped. - 2011-08-11 14:30 Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester
- Just spoke to Cheshire East Council. The owner registered Rollo with them on the dsy he went missing. They have not had any reports of a found. If found, Rollo would be taken to Field Farms Boarding Kennels, Eaton for the 7 days. Tel no. 01260 224221.

- Just tried again, sorry Goldenfrodo didn't know you had already tried until after I rang. I just keep getting 'it has not been possible to connect your call'. Is this a signal thing? Are you getting the same or is it at my end? It is very worrying that he still has his lead attached.

- Just phoned owner, but still no reply and cant leave a message.
Its very worrying that Rollo went missing with his lead still attached and we havent got a photo to send alerts out to helpers.
Hope he's safely home. - 2011-08-10 19:48 Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester
- Tried ringing Rollo's owner, no answer. Will keep trying but will send the info / advice email in the meantime.

- Thanks jo. Not sure as it is about 45 miles from where he went missing. Even for a lab I think this is a bit of a stretch in 4 days. If I'm wrong, please, please correct me :)x
