I think i must of been talking to Peggys owner when you put your message on goldenfrodo - thank you for sending info out.
peggys owners also posted her details on a few sites on FB, i said it might be a good idea to create a page for peggy.

I have just spoken to Peggy's owner - Peggy is a elderly dog, she was tied in the garden on a long rope, she is wearing a collar (pink with a diamond) when she went missing - Peggy's owner says that Peggys got out before but normally comes back but this times she's not - She's contacted the dog warden, searched on AW site, also been to manchester dogs home a couple of times. Also posted ad on Gumtree and searching free ad sites but doesn't know all the free sites that are on the net
Peggy's had two owners before and might be chipped but not sure, if she is chipped then the details would possibly be in the orginal owners name - I did ask about a photo of peggy, they have one but its a bit fuzzy, i did say that she could send it to me when i mailed her advice, so hoping that she sends her pic to goldenfrodo cos she will think its me :))
Peggys owner is very concerned for peggy and the kids are missing her badly.
