Sadly, we have some very evil people out there. Personally, I wouldn't call them human; humans & animals have a heart & a soul. What these have, I dread to think. What has happened to Benji, Baby Lab, & also Ripley & Diesel is beyond shocking. Sadly, on DogLost we have to acknowldege that sometimes we do actually witness sheer evil. We must be aware that it goes on in order to do our best to fight it. Everyone one of you here has a good, kind soul & because of you, we also witness such compassion & love, as now with Benji. It's up to us to fight this wickedness with our love and compassion to the dogs & loving owners everywhere. Benji has given his life to teach us, we will not let it be in vain. To the memory of Benji & these precious dogs, now safe in heaven. God bless you sweethearts. x

Why? why? why? what on earth has happened to these two babies, surely it's not a deliberate act to do this to two innocent puppies! for what reason would somebody do this?.....if stolen and become too hot to handle then they would dump them, but not take their lives! or were they involved in an accident? I'm sorry to be asking these questions but it's hard to understand why two pups from seperate families have become victims of some twisted person! I am so sorry for the owners of both pups, and little Benji's young owners, so heartbreaking! Run free Benji xxx

This is just heartbreaking. Who could commit such a cruel act on two small defenceless puppies - words fail me. My thoughts are with Benji's family at this terribly sad time, and also to the owners of the lab puppy. Run free at the bridge with your little friend, beautiful Benji - together always xx

This is a message from Nathan my 11 year old son: I bet Benji is ok, having fun in doggy heaven. I know he was happy with us down here, we all hope Benji is now ok up in heaven, all you dogs up there please look after our little Benji and the little labrador puppy. We all still love you very much Benji as im sure all the other dog owners love and miss there dogs too. Miss you loads Benji. Love Nathan xxxxxxxxxxxx

Thankyou so much for your kind words. We are having Benji Cremated so he will always be with us x I know he is looking down on us now wondering why we are so upset as im sure hes up there with his other doggy friends. Missing you so much Benji xxx

This is too awful to find words to express how I feel. I hope the police can trace whoever did this and whether they do or not, I know that God will. Bless these two little babies. Chrissy, my heart goes out to you. This is a terrible, terrible thing. You have to trust that Benji is safe in the arms of God now and will always be with you. Dogs do not leave their loved ones, they watch over you from heaven. So very sad. God bless Benji and you. x

SuzeeBee, I believe that the Lab puppy was also chipped so hopefully the owners will have been notified. I don't think the puppy was registered on Dog Lost.

I've just spoken to Benji's owners. After being advertised in the local paper yesterday owners received a call from a lady to say that she had found the bodies of two puppies on her land and both had been killed, Benji and a Labrador puppy so it's with a very heavy heart I move this baby to Rainbow Bridge. Sleep tight little babies XXX
