Hi all. Just an update to let you all know that Bow is still missing. There was a possible sighting off derby lane were we spent a few hours walking around. Were still going the dogs home a few times a week.
I'd just like to say from everyone in my family a big thank you for all your help and support.

Thanks mumstaxi and Jacklee for looking out for Bow. I called into Halewood RSPCA this afternoon to look around the kennels, did not see any fitting Bow's description.

Have also been in touch with family today, they are still postering the area and have done house to house postering. Have updated the details with another contact number and added STILL MISSING. xxx

The found is not Bow. Thought you might have already been to Halewood Jan, thanks for the text. Will keep looking and keeping my fingers crossed that Bow is home soon.

Found jack russell on the AW site, says tri coloured but found about 4 miles away from where Bow went missing. May still be worth checking out.

Sadly it was not Bow but an older version and he did have the same marking but on the opposite side. The search goes on again now, the photo is going to be a big help and is much clearer than the previous one. Family just need that one phone call they are waiting for. x

Family have taken a phone call from a lady in Garstang saying she may have him going off the pics on the Internet so they are travelling down now. Lady has not been able to send any photo/s but has described some markings on him that match Bow. It may not be him but they need to check. Good luck, waiting game now. x

I have sent a mail asking about the found JR below - asked if it was possible for them to check if the found JR is Bow by giving them the link to his doglost page - I also posted the link below on Bo's FB page and Ian said he would call tomorrow :)

Jack russell found in Kirkby has been listed on Gumtree. No photo, refers to 'him', definitely worth the owner checking out. I don't know Liverpool very well but Bing Maps says 6 - 7 miles from where lost.

There is a Facebook Group for Bow 'MISSING JACK RUSSELL "BOW" LIVERPOOL AREA'

Spoken to a family member. Bow belongs to relatives and has gone missing while being looked after, his owners are currently on holiday and due back soon.

Extended family have done a brilliant job already and covered lots. Halewood RSPCA has been visited regularly, DW has been contacted. Family have been searching the area and contact vets. Have given advice of other things to do and will do various size posters a.s.a.p. There are no other photo/s available at the moment, the one we have it quite blurred when blown up. Keeping everything crossed he is back home soon. x

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
