- which I was nearer to help. Posters need to be sent to kennels, grooming parlours and vets in the area. It is good that Scottie is microchipped. Also owner needs to contact all the surrounding rescue centres. Also if the owner thinks Scottie has been stolen is it not worth the owner contacting the police. I will start emailing the poster to as many kennels etc as I can.

- Scottie was in his garden, as usual. The owner heard a bark, looked out, and Scottie had vanished. A thorough search of the neighbourhood has drawn a blank. Scottish terriers are a real rarity, and Scottie is very well known in the area, so this is highly unusual. He was known to bark at cats, and at people entering the garden. The owner feels that he has been stolen. He is especially upset as he is unable to get out to put up posters and distribute flyers, as he is caring round the clock for his wife. Is there anyone local able to help out?
