- Oh JD, my fingers are very tightly crossed that it is Daisy. Presumably someone/police will get her scanned as Daisy I understand has a chip. Do let us know what happens otherwise my crossed fingers will be numb.

- How sure about breed?? def a cavvi and maybe not a young cocker or springer?? shame the driver did not just take to dog warden so at least could be scanned for a chip.

- Could this cavvy be Daisy: http://doglost.co.uk/dog_blog.php?dogId=31519. Lost in the Central area back end of July. Worth mentioning just in case.

- The lady who has reported this dog is very worried that the car driver has taken the dog to the wrong people entirely. She made a few enquiries around Ullesthorpe Village and the owners of the post office have said it has been running around the village for a while but nobody could catch it. Dog was soaked to the skin, so possible that other colourings are present but predominantly black and white.
