Cassie has been found, but it is with sadness that I have to report that she has now been put to sleep on the advice of a vet. It appears that Cassie had some aggression problems that no one was aware of. When arriving in her new home, she bit the teenage son. And within hours of this whilst out on a walk with the husband, she bite him three times, thats how she came to escape. I would like to emphasize that NO ONE is to blame for this outcome. Please let Cassie run free at Rainbow Bridge in peace.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

When I spoke to the dog warden they knew nothing about this, must have been crossed wires. She has already done 8 days in one kennels, after being dumped, has she got to do another 8 days in a different kennels. Our offer is still open that she could come to us. We would love to have her. Praying she is OK and that it is definately her that has been found. Please let me know what happens to her.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

What is going on here. We offered to have this dog from Cirencester Council and rehome her. She would have been microchipped and vaccinated before she was rehomed. This obviously has not been done. I have contact the dog warden and they have no record of this dog being lost. The only little person that has been affected in the situation is the dog. I think this is terrible. But if there is anything we can do to help, we are only 20 miles from Birmingham so please let me know.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
