Thanks to everyone who helped. He was found by one of the houses along the track at the far end of the woods towards Kingwells. He's fine, very hungry and happy to be home after his 23 hr adventure.

Called owner and gave advice on scenting. Everything else is being done to find this lad.He ran off from the dog walker after getting a fright.
