- The owner posted this on Lurcher SOS
Great news, we have just picked up Kate from South Godstone RSPCA, she was found by a very kind person who took her there Saturday in Streatham High Road by the Ice Rink, she was returned to us by the ‘’chip’’.
We were in Cornwall with Colin and beano and as Kate is elderly and has Epilepsy and takes pills we left her in the care of our dogwalker and dog sitter rather then have her in the car for 5.5 hours each way and in truth she prefers staying at home. The dogwalker lost her Saturday just gone but only told us Sunday at lunchtime. We raced home from Cornwall [260 miles] and this morning at 9.10 the RSPCA rang us after checking with Petlog.
She has been to the vets about the lack of medication but she seems fine so all ends well.
Thanks for your very kind thoughts
David & Barbara

- Just read on another forum that this dog has been found safe and well. She was found by a kind woman who took her to the RSPCA and they contacted the owner thanks to the details on her microchip. Great news!
