Just had an update from Raggs owner. The poor little mite was hit by a train and spent the whole night on the line before being found. He is now at the vets. He is stable and they are going to amputate his leg today. They are also going to xray his head as they think he may have a fractured skull. Sending healing thoughts. Bless you sweetheart.
