- Yorkie girl has confirmed that little Simba has been rehomed. Shocked to learn that the night he was found, the finder rang the RSPCA - who refused to come out for the dog, but told her to just turn it loose, and if it was run over, then they would come out!!! The finder thankfully ignored this, kept overnight in her garage, and contacted the yorkieandtoybreedrescue, who tried to trace owner, kept him 28 days, then rehomed him.

- Wow, what a transformation!! You have gone to so much trouble, finder, hope owner appreciates everything if they show up, or that he finds a lovely new home. Is region right, don't think Nottingham is East Anglia?

- Tried number on chip & that no longer exists. Went to address on chip & was told lady had moved over 18 months ago but she told me roughly where she thought she had moved to so I went all the way across town & knocked on many doors (I got some suspicious looks from some). So I will call the Dog Warden in the morning, the chip company now have all my details but he has not been reported lost/stolen/missing to them.
