Just had a call from Maddies owner with the FANTASTIC news that she has been found !!!!! Somehow she has got all the way over to Flockton, Huddersfield and was found by a farmer there in his barn this morning and thankyou to the Farmer for helping her ! Thankfully she has been scanned and her very relieved owners are on their way over to collect her. This is quite some distance for her to have covered overnight even as the crow flies if she did it on her own !! Welcome home Maddie and please please stay safe in your new home and have a very happy life with your new owners who obviously care very much about you already xxxLast edited: 2011-09-28 15:11:34 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

Sorry to say there have been no more sightings of Maddy since the sighting of her yesterday at around 6 pm near the Norman Pub. She was seen to be trotting along the pavement and then went into the road narrowly missing being hit by a car. Her owners have contacted local vets and the dog warden and have been up to the stray kennels this morning. Hopefully she will be picked up by someone and they will report this to the dog warden as they are required to do BY LAW.Last edited: 2011-09-28 12:54:46 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

Via facebook we have had a sighting of Maddie near the Norman Pub possibly heading towards town. We have been out for a drive around looking for her this evening and went to town as far as Asda but no luck.

This girl is from a local stray kennels and was on her first day in her new home when she jumped the garden fence and ran off. Owners are out searching but will be speaking to me again later tonight and sending in a photo of her. They are not sure if she is a full Labrador or a Labrador cross as she is quite skinny.Last edited: 2011-09-27 20:15:56 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire
