Spoke to Pips very emotional owner about 3 oclock this afternoon. Following an annoymous tip off Pip has been safely reunited with her family. He says he has been advised not to disclose the circumstances at the moment. He does however say he wants to thank everyone involved, all the kindness and concern has restored his faith in humananity . Big welcome home Pip, stay safe forevermore.

Unfortunately the East Leake sighting could not have been Pip because it was before she went missing. Owner wants to thank people for looking and is over whelmed by the response. Come on Pip lets get you home to your worried owner soon.

Owner been back in touch - he has rang the gundog trainer from whom he purchased Pip from a year ago who is going to put the word around and spoke to many people on the land which he is the gamekeeper of and everyone else he can think of. Although I am other side of Leicester I have alerted a well known gundog trainer this area and also members of the shoot in my home village.

Have spoken to owner. Pip is 3 years old and a highly trained gundog. The Police are going to see them this afternoon and I have impressed upon them they need a CRN. They are alerting all their gundog club contacts. I am emailing information sheets and contact phone numbers as well as putting on fb pages DogLost Central and DogLost Leicestershire, also my own personal dog owning friends.
