She is definatley bigger than a cat and quite plump , dont give up hope for her she may turn up one day ill post your missing dog on my facebook page and alert my friends to look out for her just keep postering flyers tell all your vets get her on the radio and maybe approach the your dog magazine to have an article of her in there this has been done before good luck !!

She went missing 17/9/11, went from my back garden. she's not chipped or tattooed, she wouldnt wear a coller,she used to fight to get it off and end up with it wedged in her mouth. she is 5yrs old and spaed at 12months, she was clipped approx 8wks ago now, i do her myself so no skirt left on.. she is only a little bigger than a cat, well smaller than ours, wish i could download the pic off my phone, gives a better view of size. we are in Birmingham, a friend sent me the id number when they saw it..

I'd say she is average size this westie is about 5 years old how long has yours been missing and was she wearing a collar etc ??

Hi that is the spit of my missing westy, i know its a long shot as im in birmingham, but she could of been dumped anywhere, is she of average size? Malibu is of very small build, more of an 8mnth old westy?

No definatley no chip does she look like you dog ?? cases have been know where the chips have been cut out of the dogs

When Connie ran away she wasn't wearing a collar. The shelter we got her from did say she had been chipped. Have you got more pictures?

Right ok I've given her a good going over today and have found no chip but she does look like she has been recently spayed, was she wearing a collar ?

this is the dog that charlotte was talking about, she has recently been spayed so still has stiches or recent spay marks

we scan all the dogs that come in and haven't found a chip but im in work tomorrow and will give her a good going over to double check a stupid question but where was she chipped we have had some dogs come in that have been chipped in their ear and you say about stitches was she recently spayed ? i will also get some better photos

We have lost a white west highland terrier on the 28th of Sept does the dog you have found have stitches? Have you had the dog scanned?

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
