No more news on Tommi, the phone calls stopped. He will now be 2 years old, a large german shepherd with long hair. Hopefully were ever he is, he has a good home, I really do hope so. Not a day goes past without us thinking about him, if only who had him would let us know he is ok, that would make us feel better. Thanks for your thoughts and support. JUNE

I am so sorry June, but I have only just found your private message to me from ages ago. I haven't been on the net much what with my illness, and computer problems. I own Foxfold Kameo, who has the same dam as your Tommi, Foxfold Calamity (Misty). I have got loads of photo's of her from puppy to her age now, I will gladly sort them out and email them to you, if they might be of any help. I'm sure someone has taken him in are unaware that he used to belong to someone else who loves him very much and are searching high and low for him! I think us doglost helpers need to put the word out about this website!! Okay, people look in rspca, dog warden, homes, police stations etc but I found this site by accident!!! Fair enough some people post about dogs that are found but not nearly enough otherwise people like Tommi's mum and all the other poor people that are looking for their pooches might be saved a lot of heartache!! Seen as it's coming up to New Year I will make it my resolution to help Doglost get more recognition and awareness!!! All see Jester the rottweiler from Nottingham! His story is soooo sad but Nicky (his mum) has worked wonders with the Highways Agency and is now on to local councils!! It can be done so keep your chins up and let's fight back!!!

Have only just come across this stolen puppy, has there been any news about him? I own a 3 years old Foxfold bitch, and I would go spare if I had lost her as a puppy. I don't think I could live without her now. I hope little Tommi is being well looked after wherever he is, and hopefully he's back with his owner. How can people do this? No News on Tommi. There is a ?500 REWARD FOR HIS SAFE RETURN. If you have found him please contact the dog warden. He will now be 16 weeks old and I am still desperate to get him back. If you have Tommi and worried about the situation, phone me and make arrangements for him to be tied up somewhere and I will come for him. Or hand him in to a vets with a note, please.

Okay we have a witness come forward!-the man with tommi is late 50's early 60's with thinning grey hair and slim we also have a vehicle description and quite a bit of other information which we cannot put on site-police have been informed. Owner is having police assistance-though we seem to be giving them the information! Well done helpers! We are getting close now! Advice to theif? TAKE TOMMI TO A VETS SAY YOU HAVE FOUND HIM-and all this stops! We do not give up! Loads more media interested now and more coverage due!

Write up on Tommi in local paper today but they said he is 9 months old! At least people are noticing and a lady rang re a dog running loose (waiting to hear back from her)

Just a thought, but there is a huge 3 day dog show at Westby this weekend, thats about half way between Preston and Blackpool. Loads of breeders as well as dog lovers will be there, probably a lot from the area Timmi disappeared from. Maybe you could get in touch with the organisers to put up posters?

Re: microchipping, please remember the good old ear tattoo. Tattoos are visible and they work (my stolen Saluki who was found on a travellers' site was identified by his tattoo - the old boy is still missing) and puppies can be tattooed before they leave the litter. Good luck in finding this baby.

I'm sure June will have him chipped, but the suppliers/manufacturer say you shouldn't chip puppies under 8w. But the main thing is to get him back. I know the breeders are *very* anxious. Blast the area with posters with his picture on. It'll be youngsters who've had him away so put up a good reward June.

I cant believe that there are so many evil people out there. I am a vet nurse in Kent so will keep a look out for a GSD puppy. WHEN Tommi comes home, and he will, please have him microchipped, thats how my staffy was reunited with me after 6wks stolen by gypsies. GOOD LUCK.XX

I am working very hard to find my puppy, lot's of people have my posters and calls are coming in. I will be putting adverts in the local papers this week. Preston, Blackburn, Bolton will be covered. All helpers local to me please contact me so that we can work together. Everyone that is helping thanks so much. Let's hope Tommi is safe and well, and, he is home soon.
