- So sorry, I only just saw you asked for an up date, so sad we searched all over, put up posters and spoke to a lot of dog walkers in the area and there was not another sighting. There seems to be a duplicate posting now and as I said on the other one, I did get an inkling of an elderly owner who had rescued this dog and lived local so there was a chance that he or she found his/her way home. I know a lof of dog people here and I'd have heard if there had been another sighting. I'm not sure if the dog warden would call me they are so busy. I'll email Battersea in case they had news but did not update me. Sorry I had not been on the posting here sooner.

- Hi reggiemollieros, any news on this little one?

- That is good news about a rescue place, they may need to speak to Wandsworth Dog Warden as well as Lambeth as if he/she is picked up could be either one. I have not heard any more news since Sunday. We look every day. Dog walkers are looking too. I'm off now for a look. Our local vet has offered to send someone out to help if he/she is sighted again. Thank you.

- Thank you so much. Because he/she is crossing the boundary between 2 councils is probably best to keep with the Battersea phone number which you have. There are quite a few dog savvy people on the look out for him/her. A lot of dog walkers in the area are aware so fingers crossed. I'm off out now for a look on the streets xLast edited: 2011-10-31 13:18:30 by reggiemollieros

- Thank you so much for adding this dog. It was my friend who spotted it. We have been out this morning putting up some posters. The dog was sighted off Drewstead Road SW16 early this morning by a jogger. This road is at the top of the common and this pushes the dog from Wandsworth to Lambeth so different dog warden. The Wandsworth dog warden told me they cannot attend for Drewstead Road area. So will do new posters and put them up here.
Battersea have a report and are allowing me to use their number for contact as the dog is across 2 council areas - 0208 627 9245. Lots of people are now aware. So hopefully we can catch and help him or her.
One other thing the dog is jack russell size but seems to be a terrier cross, well you can see from photo which my friend took. Sadly could not catch him or her. Last edited: 2011-10-30 13:42:00 by reggiemollieros - 2011-10-30 08:50
