Had an email this morning letting me know the name of the dog we were chasing around the village yesterday and that thankfully his owners had been reunited with him. I had put notices on many sites that a dog had been found. It is my message copied below. Im so glad his owners have been found. I have a black Lab as well and would be devasted it it was her. Hi all just wanted to say how pleased I am that his turned out to be Mac. Long story but my beautiful boy went missing in Cuxton 4 years ago and has sadly never been found. We now have a beautiful collie bitch called Poppy and was driving through the village yesterday when we saw the dog warden trying to catch Mac. We of course offered to help and it was Poppy that got him cornered. He was so scared and thin that I had to look on here to see whether the story had been tied together. I am so pleased, this site helped me through such a difficult time and its great to see it has helped reunite this boy with his owners. You are so lucky to have him home x

LOL phone was going mad about this one- including calls from dog wardens etc,

YES IT IS MAC!!

We are not sure if they may have been 2 labs in close area- but this is the one got in the farm at the pheasants then bloted and was finally caught by medway dog warden. Jasmil scanned and didnt pick chip at first time but thought it could be Mac so re scanned and confirmed. Owner martin in emotionally over joyed- !!

OK now where are the other 6 spaniels ??

"This morning a black male Lab was found in Cuxton nr rochester kent , It was very scared and very skinny. Has been taken by Medway council to Jasmill 01795842466"

Could this be Mac?? Sent a message to CJ to alert her to this info as not my area but thought it was worth checking up. Keeping my fingers crossed for Mac :)

Working with owners and police on these 6 stolen dogs. My computer crashed yesterday so unable to post. Have already sent details out on Kent police alerts plus details to other forces.
This is 3 rd time these people have been a target of theft despite increasing security. thieves broke in over night tyre marks across feilds and they had to break into 6 separate kennels to get all these dogs.

Sorting photos with owners and hope to get on site soon. CJ
