I've spoken to owner and updated the details. The photo is not Paddy but another dog family own who looks very similar to Paddy.
Family live on a farm and Paddy wandered off with one of their other dogs who later returned but Paddy didn't. All the right authorities have been contacted, DW for three bordering areas have been alerted. Posters have been getting put up and Postman who knows Paddy is looking out for him.
