reclaimed by owners who were from local area so guess it must have been the NPR one - pity people do not have the courtesy to reply but glad he's home

Sadly we get this an awful lot where people don't reply to messages / emails / calls and their dog is safely back home - chances are it is the same dog - will get an update monday. But like you I cannot understand why people do not bother to send a reply at all ...

Hi Angus, I can't work out what's going on with this little doggie, politics maybe? - if he's not claimed, could I be considered as a home or foster him until his owners are found. N. x

Hi Angus, I made a complaint to the register that I was unable to make contact and they emailed me back asking which dog it was regarding. Hopefully, the owner can be contacted one way or another.

I still haven't had a reply from my message via the NPR website - its very frustrating as we don't know if message has got through to owners of if they may already have him back - have sent another message requesting an answer either way

Makes me so cross! It should be about reuniting the dog with the owner not about politics!! However, I did not mention DL just that there was a Westie in kennels and gave them the above phone number. Would be fab if it was their dog :)

With all these other sites it is best not to mention doglost or send a link as they will be automatically thrown away - quite bizarre I know - I have sent message asking owners to call me directly as I have the harness details

Dog listed as missing from Northampton but the site only gives option to list as terrier; have emailed lister and given details of this dog just in case. http://www.nationalpetregister.org/mp/35052.htm ---- actually, it is not letting me send a message what an annoying site. Have emailed the group direct and asked that they contact the owner of the missing dog..
