I saw a dog which very much looked like Scampy - think it was on the found - there was a comment by saying that it was not Rags. Now can't find it. It was definitely this stamp of a dog.

Scampys owners went to Manchester Dogs Home and Leigh Cats and Dogs Home today, but sadly still no news. I have mentioned i think the postering needs to go further a field at this stage, with lack of sightings etc in the local area...

Still no news on Scampy. Spoken to the owner tonight and have suggested phoning Bleakholt Shelter tomorrow and also the council highways. Scampy will be in the paper again tomorrow for a second week..fingers crossed...

There are lots of cross country races in Leverhulme Park tomorrow (Saturday)from about 10:30am, so there will be 100s of families and dog walkers about: an ideal opportunity for postering? Sorry I'm not going to be in the area to help (I was going to race,but have to be elsewhere now)

Spoken to owners and Scampy is the local paper today with a picture aswell.
They are going to Leigh Cats and Dogs tomorrow as a Yorky was found in Leigh today, although the found dog does have a collar on and Scampy didnt,it will be checked out. More posters will be going up over the weekend. Fingers crossed for some news.

Spoken to the owner and she has contacted all the right people. There have been no sightings of Scampi as of yet so, have suggested to post flyers and get lots of posters out there. Scampi is microchipped and details are up to date. She hasnt had any support from her neighbours etc and is very upset, so if anyone is near to this area, some support would be appreciated ie Putting up posters :)

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (34278)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
