Thank you Elf. Owner has been e-mailed lots of information to help find Blue, including the vets to notify etc. Helper Silent Paws kindly printed loads of posters and flyers which I took to owners last night. I postered up and down their road where Blue went missing, as none had been done, and flyered all the cars and some letterboxes. I put 100 thru their door, but they have not contacted me since. I did previously advise them to check neighbour's gardens as Blue is only little. There is also a railway station close by, but I am hoping Blue did not go that far away. Let's hope owners will now take it from here. x

Blue went missing from home - we need to knock and flyer and poster houses along Centre Ave, Station Rd, Sunnyside Rd & surrounding roads. Think we nee dto door knock for neighbours to all check their gardens and ponds. Sounds like owner has had two recent close berevements and losing Blue has devasated her. PLEASE HELP in the search. If anyone wants to meet up, I'll be in area again around 3.30pm at Sunnyside Rd. Thank you. x

Thanks helpers. Owner has been struggling to get photo uploaded and thanks to Ashmark & local vicar, we now have it. Vicar unable to print the poster. Eventually with the help of Silent Paws & Yvonne, owners now have poster & flyer that I delivered thru their door tonight that they will copy from 2moro. Owner not available to speak so still need to find out more info. Can you post around the High Street, Tree tops & please put a lot around the station, just in case. Quite possible someone has him as no tag or chip and they don't know who he belongs to as no posters. Should have contacted Dog Warden, but some people don't realise. If anyone wants to help, please call owner for furher info and to offer support. Many thanks. I'll be out tomorrow postering - not near me - but close enough for a short trip. Good luck! x

Can we have a few more details. Exactly where was the dog lost? Or was it stolen?
If they were out for a walk we can check the relevant areas or ask friends to be on the look out.
Thanks

Sorry to see that BLUE is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (34281)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
