He came into GRWE via the pound... His chip wasn't picked up in pound so he was very very lucky indeed to get a rescue slot where he was scanned on arrival.

Would love an update from blue cross... Hope he settled back in well

I did phone and leave ap message for DL emailed a photo of him when updated this thread

Oooh, I somehow missed that Willy was back - still searching for him :-) Thank you, Angus. So very, very pleased to see this lovely boy is now safe and probably on the way to his forever home. God bless you sweet Willy. x I have no idea what happened, but sounds like he was picked up by the rescue so maybe all this media made him too hot to handle. I'll go check my Blue Cross newsletter.........

Sounds like this could be the same transit van as the one on your news page .. reported to police as cruising Bexhill trying to steal dogs??

Thats really scary. Lets hope whoever it is gets caught soon & WIlly is bought back safe. Was wondering if it could be same ones that have taken the little westie. They were in silver car but says different model.

White transit van has come back 4 times since...if anyone sees it please get the registration number...it now has a ladder on the top and manager of The Blue cross is worried they are coming back for a female Lurcher...that is now double padlocked. I and Co ordinator Sandy have other contact numbers for the manager as phone for the centre will be on ansaphone...though checked regularly...please twitter and share.
