AW no! Im devastated to be reading this. I never gave up hope that Brock was out there, just waiting to be re-united.
My thoughts are with his family.

Oh noooo! Awfully sad news. Owners, please know that Brock is okay now; he is safe and nothing can ever harm him again. He is always your Brock and will be looking after you from above, safe in God's arms until you are together again. God bless you and sweet Brock. Another beautiful baby earnt his wings. x

There is another similar dog on Strayaid - dog no ND 232-11 found on 19/1. Looks very similar and has white tip on end of tail.

Brocks owner has just confirmed that unfortunatly this is not him! Oh well never mind lets keep searhing everyone.

Can I please ask has there been any news on Brock? There is a very similar dog on StrayAid today near Tursdale, near where he went missing, however this dog seems to have a lot more white on its front legs. I have PM'd the owner on facebook, lets hopemy gut instincts are right!

There is a black lurcher on the found list number 35949 it says he is black with white on chest is at local vets with leg injury may be worth checking out just in case.

Just wondering if there is any more news on Brock? I live locally (DL17 area) and have prior to registering spoken to the owner after seeing his missing post on facebook. I would really love to help make sure this beautiful fella finds his way home.

dog on stray action website ref D34 Ref 355/11 DARLINGTON in the stray section - contacted owner but he has already checked this one out. Looks very like his boy but doesn't have the white tipped tail

Brock's owner will be on BBC Radio Tees today, talking about Brock!! Good luck i hope it brings some news of him - Here is the comment his owner made on a facebook page:

"A REPORTER PHONED ME AND OFFERED ME A INTERVIEW WITH BBC TEES RADIO ABOUT BROCK ME LOST LURCHER I WILL BE ON ABOUT 4:15 LIVE ITS BEEN NEARLY TO WEEKS NOW HOPE THIS WORKS BROCK GONNA BE FAMOUS BEST GET WRITING ME LINES. IF HES OUT THERE AM GONNA GET HIM BACK" - will bump due to the radio coverage

missing 8 days todayy 7yr old lurcher brock he is 23 " high with a shiney black coat with 4 white socks and a white tip on his tail with a solid white chest he was last seen in binchester woods in bishop auckland on sun the 20th nov he is not in any kennels maybe sum one has got him please keep a eye out as he might getting walked sum were i am offering a reward for any info leading to me getting my dog back god help them if i find any 1 with him
he is a family pet and truly missed
