- Other Info very skinny, very dirty, was desperate for something to eat (found him eating bird seed in my garden) i have been round the neighborhood with no luck, he has a collar with the name Bailey, and a phone number and address, i rang the number and the guy who answered told me he sold the dogs months ago, all he could tell me was the owner is in Kilkeel, and that the car was a older Black/Dark Blue BMW with tinted windows, will take him to the vets tomorrow to see if he has been chipped
