He was chipped with two phone numbers but neither worked. I think there was an address as well but I'm not allowed to have the details because of data protection. I found him running down the middle of rayleigh road but he was ok, just thirsty.

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
