I am so, so happy about this. My husband is out with our dog over the fields from where Remi disappeared. Weston Longville is a fair distance.

So glad he is safe and well and that his owners can now enjoy a good Christmas.

Remi is home!! Owners found Remi this morning,safe and well, not far from the possible sighting of him yesterday!Thank you to everyone who helped to find him!!

Not far across country, only 17 miles by main road so he could easily have travelled that way over the fields. Really hope this brings some good news. Get some posters up round there in case local people have seen him around.

Message on Facebook Dog Lost Norfolk and Suffolk

I have just seen a dog very very similar to this one running loose in Weston Longville (at 4pm running in fields opposite Dasiy and Dans childrens clothes shop). The dog was too far away for us to call or anything. I know this area is quite far from where it was lost, but it looked really similar.

I have contacted the owner and he is now going out to the area.

The forum is part of the Club Site and I anticipate the webmaster will ensure a front page link to the fact he is missing. He is also cross-posted onto a number of relevant forums. Hope he is home safe soon.

Remi has been registered on the brittany.co.uk forum but not sure about the brittany club of great britain, (unless it's the same one)

Will keep an eye open. I also walk our dog over these same fields and our house backs onto the fields. Unfortunately can't print a poster as printer US at present.

Have spoken to the owner and Remi went missing from fields where he lives when he chased a hare.
The owner's have contacted the Dog Warden, local vets and the police. I will E-mail general information including contact numbers for vets in the area. I have added Remi's details to Dog Lost Norfolk and Suffolk face book group.

I would suggest you tell people he looks like a short coated Springer Spaniel as most people won't have a clue what a Brittany is! Will post on easterndogscene.
