BRILLIANT news family confirmed earlier that Thierry is HOME, don't know the circumstances yet, text message received from owner:

'Hi Thierry home safe and well thanks for your concern and help he had been missing for 9 days wow! Happy Xmas to you all it is like I've won the Lottery'

So pleased Thierry is home in time for Christmas and have great pleasure in moving him into the BLUE. Welcome home Thierry sending you lots of hugs and cuddles. xxx

There is a black lab on Rochdale dog rescue website asking for a rescue place. It doesn't say which pound it is in or were it has been found. Might be worth a look dog id No. 3551: kennel name Brian.

Lab found in Preston looked much smaller than this guy, but anyone who thinks they know him must ring South Ribble Dog Warden not the kennels mentioned below. Hope you find him soon.

Male Black Lab type found in Lostock Hall, Preston this morning. A bit of a distance but worth checking out. He'll have been collected by South Ribble Dog Wardens & taken to either Aspen Valley Kennels in Oswaltistle or Morningside Kennels in Longton. Please don't rely on his Microchip being found. xxx

WA12 is Newton le Willows near Warrington, this should be North West rather than North East
