- I have spoken to the owner and Jasper escaped from Blind Lane in Horsham St Faith, he has been in Norwich Airport a couple of times yesterday but is very nervous and nobody has been able to catch him. I have advised the owner on what to do if she sees Jasper.
I will E-mail general information including contact numbers for vets in the area.
