Big thank you to the finder and also melowen85, who through her posting on Facebook as missing and Knoxy's posting of found on here, we were able to reunite this lovely girl with her owner.

melowen85 has put some pictures on of Cyclopse reunited with her owner and his other dog Patch on DOGLOST NORTH WEST Facebook page...Lovely :)x

What an amazing story, one of compassion, love, effort and tenacity. You all worked so hard to save, look after and return this little lady to her worried owner. Hope she stays by the fireside from now on..... This is the betta side of caring human nature that I love.

Great news, this has made my day, thanks to everyone involved! but "Cyclopse" is still not to old for a micro-chip. She was a bit of an escape artist whilst she was at Pet Medics. Special thanks to the lady who found her and reported her as being distressed to the local Police.

The NW DogLost Team are pleased to report she is now back HOME with her elderly owner. What a brilliant TEAM effort by the NW DogLost Team and lots of helpers who have been fantastic, what a night. Everyone has gone well beyond the call of duty.

Special thanks to KNOXY who registered her details on DogLost without doing this no-one would of known about her and she could of got lost in the system, also melowen85 who knows owner and spotted her on here and posted on NW DogLost facebook page.

WELCOME HOME Cyclopse as we now know she is called.

Hippy Chick has been a great support to owner and has worked really hard today chasing MDH up and contacting owner. It would of been great to have been a fly on the wall at the REUNION.

Into the BLUE you go gorgeous Cyclopse sending you and your dad a massive big hug.

Thank you lesleyjane, thats very kind of you. He has managed to sort the charge out. Lovely to know there are so many nice people out there.
She is a very special to him. He had a heart attack and without her howling to raise the alarm things could of been so different. Its a lovely happy ending :)x

Spoken to MDH and the dog was actually dropped off on the 27th December and she is safe and well.(kennel ref N222) The charge will be £103 which im trying to sort out with the owner. I have sorted transport out where the owner can be taken to pick her up. All this is in motion just need to work out times/address's with everyone. MDH is open until 4pm/5pm so hopefully we will have the time to sort it all out :)

Update....

Spoken to her owner and his neighbour kindly offered to take him. He is on his way now and cant wait to get her. She will will be getting chipped aswell. Will be speaking to the owner later and will update the page :)

hi ive been looking for this dog for as i was on bury road outside shop when she was found i have met the man whos dog it is he lives round corner from me hes heartbroke hes not too well himself hes been searching for her day and night and her sister is missing her how do i get in touch???

By the way...Animal wardens have been brilliant the last year...they put every found dog on the their website...which gives our co ordinators the ability to cross reference...and get reults....staggering amounts of reunited dogs...if only all dog wardens took the time....
