Just spoken to Leanne and she is over the moon to have him back. Tyson is getting a new collar and tag today and he will be microchipped.
So glad the finder new about DogLost and Leanne aswell, as this made such a difference in finding him.
So happy to say welcome home Tyson :)x

Thanks for the phone call hippy chick and nice to catch up with things. Nail biting time for owners waiting for the kennels to open. I've also sent a message to the Salford DW to see if they know when the kennels are open. x

I have spoken to the finder earlier and thanked him for posting Tyson on here. The reason he knew the dogs name was that his father in law recognised him. I think we all see dogs on walks, always know the dogs name rather than the owners. The owners will be going to Leigh Cats and Dogs tomorrow, hopefully they will be open :)

Well done everyone, keeping everything crossed it is missing Tyson. :) x

I've emailed LC&DH with Tyson's photo/s and details and also this found one in case emails are picked up before they open after the Christmas break. x

Hippy Chick, that'll be him that I was thinking of, but it seems unlikely to be the one found from looking at later posts.

How do they know it's Tyson if he is not tagged or microchipped !
Unknown
I have emailed them through the site as they did not leave a phone number. I think they live in Queens Road.Last edited: 2011-12-25 00:58:12

Is this the same Tyson on NMPR that has been missing since today, he is a staffie x lab and is black with white on his chest. He is not neutered and is 1y5m old. He escaped when door was opened from Haydock WA11.Last edited: 2011-12-25 00:56:55

Thanks for posting info ssuzi17, when does the shop re-open and maybe you could post the details of where it is etc. on here? :)
ssuzi17
This may be a long shot but there is a staffie called Tyson missing in the SK5 area.. I saw a poster in the local shop which is now closed but I think he had a white flash on his chest. I wonder if it could be the same dog?
