Just had the most fantastic news.......JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT MEG THE ROTTY HAS BEEN FOUND..I HAD A PHONE CALL THIS MORNING OFF A GENTLEMAN ,NOT A MILLION MILES AWAY FROM HER HOME . HE HAS RETURNED HER TO HER OWNERS..WHO WANT TO SAY THANKYOU TO EVERYBODY FOR LOOKING OUT

Thankyou everyone, i have printed some posters only a few as ink has now run out will go and put them up around area , i have found out that a Forge very close by has got 24hr CCTV so have suggested the owner contacts them to see if anything shows ie car stopping and picking Meg up as she will go in any cars that open the door, have also passed on the info below for Rottweiler found Bury, is this Bleakholt ?

i will update later if i get more info

Photo/s of found dogs in Aspen Valley, there is a Rottie on there, looks younger than Meg and the 7 days for rehoming are up on 30.12.11 so must have been in there before Meg went missing. x

The area is covered by the Burnley DW......01282 42501 Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
Outside Council business hours - telephone 01757 244475. Aspen Valley Kennels, Oswaldtwistle, operates this service on behalf of the Council (Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and weekends/bank holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
You can also view photos of all the dogs from Aspen Kennels website.

An elderly couple at Read/Simonstone near Burnley. Last night the ladysdaughtercame visiting & left the back door open..their elderly Rotty called Meg slipped out and hasnt been seen since.she is a much loved pet & is wanted back home asap... Ive rung the local police, the kennels, RSPCA, and radio Lancashire..owner has also been to all the local farms to make farmers aware of Meg
