- She is still with me at the moment. Rescue space has been secured for her when her 7 days have passed. Have not heard anymore from owner. She really is a little sweetheart, really well behaved, very loving and quiet. Cannot understand why they wouldn't want to keep her...all they needed to do was put up secure fencing. I have fallen for her but cannot keep as my GSD female will not tolerate another female in the house and we are having to keep them seperated. Poor little Lola :(

- Has Sandy now gone back to her owners? I work for Cairn Terrier Rescue UK so was very interested -

- Do hope this girl finds her forever home soon. Perhaps she needs some training especially recall? The Vet David Grant once said it is not true that you cant teach an older dog new tricks. It has been done. Am sure that owners who took on an older dog can verify this. Keep us p[osted sweetheart. And good luck.

- This poor dog's owners contacted me today to say they wanted her to be rehomed. Her name is Lola and according to them, she is constantly running away. She has cost them "an arm and a leg" in collection from pound fees and they think she would be better off in a new home. She will stay with me for her seven days, but will then go to rescue (space already secured) and hopefully will find a good forever home from there. Lovely girl, loves her cuddles, very quiet and well behaved. If my female GSD would have taken to her, she would have been staying.

- Thank you for clarifying it is the same dog as in November and not Rags - she is also on Missing Pet Register, where they say she is micro-chipped and tattooed! She has a long tail.

- May have an address for this dog - someone will be knocking door shortly to see if theirs is missing.

- This dog has been found by same finder on 24 November and was handed to dog warden. I had seen it crossposted on several fb pages and added a note onto Rags lost page - it was checked out and confirmed not to be Rags. I have rang around all of the vets but unfortunately only two are open today. Pets at Home in Kettering are adding a found poster.

- Now safe with me until we hopefully can find owner. Out of hours dog warden informed have asked them not to collect. Last edited: 2012-01-02 00:11:05 by JD

- Please note: This dog has been found in same area by same finders a few months ago and it is definitely not Rags. This dog has not been caught but it is running around the road outside the finders house. Owner previously had to collect from pound so finder does not have the owners contact number. Dog is reported to be wet and howling.
