Totally agree Robbie55ww. It costs money to run a dog warden service and owners who disobey the law by not having their dogs tagged and can't even keep the chip details up to date can't complain about helping to pay for it. I'm sure those whose dogs are missing or never made it home would be only too happy to pay to get their desperately missed pets home.

I would be very happy to pay the fine if this means getting a lost dog returned.
Dog wardens do a great job.

Sandy has been found, all okay, many thanks... Except the stupid english FINE system? Like the council even helped!!!! but helped themselves to my money. Is this right anyone?
