- Other Info found in a field this morning, healthy, slightly overweight. A little scared, may have escaped due to fence being blown down etc. Will be being taken to Leigh dogs home this afternoon. Alaskan Malamute rescue have been contacted to try to get her into dedicated Malamute Foster Care until her owner can be found.

- The dog has now been collected by the Dog Warden. Alaskan Malamute Rescue will be contacting the warden today and will bring the dog into their re-homing program once standard procedures have been followed to re-unite her with her owner.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
