- Laura, Bella went missing from the field at the top of Portley Hill on the opposite side of the road to the Coppice where the owners live. They know for definite that she ran back into the Coppice shortly after she went missing as a van driver gave chase after having nearly run her over when she bolted across the road.
- 2012-01-13 20:13 Laura
- I've just had a drive up and down black bank and ten mile bank incase that was where they meant but couldn't see her, also had a drive back through littleport in the hope that we would spot her. Have there been any other possible sitings since the van incident? Where abouts were you walking when she went and which way was she heading? Xx

- Seems this was a false alarm...message from the owner.....
We then went over to Pymoor Lane and made some enquiries and it turns out that one of the farmers who lives on the lane owns a spaniel and a Jack Russell and they often run around the fields around there unsupervised - so most likely a false alarm :( However we're going back tomorrow to post some flyers, put up posters, speak to more people and have a look around in the daylight just to be on the safe side.

- Hi, could you confirm possible sighting - there isnt a river close to Black Bank Road. I live in this area so can keep an eye out for her. Thanks xx
- 2012-01-13 17:27 Helen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
- POSSIBLE SIGHTING! Apparently there has been a white terrier-like dog hovering around the PYMOOR area near the river for the last 2 days. That's along Black Bank road so ANYONE around that area please be alert!!

- What a nightmare, I really hope that little Bella comes home asap.
I don't think she'll get as far as us, but I will be sure to keep a look out for her turning up, with us, from the King's Lynn and West Norfolk council holding kennels.
Stay safe Bella and go home little girl!
Jo

- Message from the owner.......
We've had our first positive sighting! On the very afternoon she went missing, a black and white dog matching Bella's description was seen running across the road from where she started the walk, was nearly hit by a BT Open Reach van and then headed off down into our cul de sac. She must have arrived just after my husband had returned back out to search for her in the field. I don't know why she didn't sya put but he was gone 3 hrs. Maybe she panicked, or tried to find him,. Anyway, we're now thinking she must be too scared to come home and is around the neighbourhood sheltering somewhere. - 2012-01-08 14:04 Riverlady

- I have spoken to the owners and Bella went missing on a walk very close to where they live. She is a very friendly little dog.
Owners have contacted the Dog Warden for this area and also the police and local vets. They will be contacting the authorities in Norfolk and Suffolk tomorrow as they live close to the boarders.
As they live close to where Bella went missing they have scented the area back to where they live and also left food and bedding out for her.
I will E-mail general information including contact numbers for vets in Camb. and Norfolk. Stay safe little girl until you are found xxx - 2012-01-07 20:57 Auntie Katie
- Poor little angel - I hope she is OK. I am still away but should be home late tomorrow afternoon. Will check on her when I get home. Stay safe little one! xx
