Woo Hoo, it WAS Brandy!!! Just had a call from a delighted owner. Brandy is fine and MDH are microchipping her before they leave.

Have now spoken to the AW's. They made the match yesterday of the found dog but didn't alert Brandy's owner as they were told that the found dog had been wandering for a week and they had just managed to catch it. The calls did come in half an hour apart for the same area but may just be a coincidence.

Brandy's owner is on his way to MDH this afternoon just in case - keeping my fingers crossed Brandy is there.

Owner is busy out searching, qill be visiting Manchester Dogs Home this afternoon and is in the process of printing posters. They are frantic with worry and desperate to get Brandy home. Email address now obtained and will sent advice. Still not answer from AW's to check the found dog - will keep trying.

Have left a message on the answerphone of the owner. Both dogs have been registered with the AW's as 'cross breeds'
