- GUESS WHAT !!!!!!
YES - I met Tessa's lovely foster mum Deb on the M6 last week, and have adopted Tessa!
Thanks to deb, she's a very different doggie to the one in this piccie. I shall endeavour to send a piccie for update. Hope a few of you who were so concerned about her - get to see this posting! I just hope she learns to live more peacefully with my poor cat Rupert..... - 2012-02-08 22:20 Viv
- any word on wee Tessa? has Neighbark been successful? if so would love a photo xx
- 2012-01-21 23:51 Neighbark
- K9CHUM - YES doggies do smile. It's so funny to see, but when I arrive back home, my little girl doggy 'Tiger' gets madly excited and literally grins! Really funny now as she had to have some teeth out, so I get a big grin with teeth on top and tongue poking thru' bottom jaw ! Best welcome possible!

- Awwwww - such nice words ...thank you!
JOBADGER - there's a section (made me laugh) on Little Dogs - it's called 'failed fosterers'....it means that the fosterers fell hopelessly in love and ended up adopting them! So can't be sure this won't happen to this little doggie. I'm having a home check tomorrow (Paws all crossed). xLast edited: 2012-01-21 23:52:14 by Neighbark - 2012-01-21 21:27 k9chum
- neighbark I am sure if anyone can put a smile on this little scraps face you can, ( yes dogs do smile. It has taken a year for our little rescue to learn to trust again. We are her 6th and last home to date, and it is wonderful to see her little face light up with happiness.) All the best with your quest to get her and I look forward to the day you post on here to say she has arrived.

- Poor little baby. I'm glad you got thro' to Little Dogs, Neighbark - she'll be with you eventually, I have no doubt about that. Another little one with a super forever home - I only hope the same goes for her puppies. xxx

- WHAT A WAY TO TREAT AN INNOCENT LITTLE DOG. I HOPE THIS PERSON WAS CAREFUL WHERE SHE PLACED THE PUPS. POOR LITTLE DOG MUST HAVE BEEN SO WORRIED TO BE PARTED FROM HER BABIES,

- Hi Viv, Jobadger, Marjorjet & K9 Chum.
She's now with a foster carer - thru' the littledogrescue, and is improving. I hope to be accepted as a fosterer, and can watch how this little one improves on the site. when the lady looking after her thinks she's ready for rehoming, and if Bonzocat agrees, then I'd LOVE to have her (forever). Her owner was found, but didn't want her, and her pups were only 5 wks old, - so she's gone thru' absolute hell. Just hope she gets over this and learns to trust humans again. Thank you for your vote of confidence. - 2012-01-17 22:28 Viv
- Neighbark, I don't know you only through doglost but know you would be a lovely home for wee Tessa I really hope you get her and if you do please keep us updated. Would love to have her but have a wee rascal of a Patterdale who would never accept another
dog :(

- Neighbark, wishing you lots of luck in your application and hope it goes your way. :) x
Great to see this little one is in good hands and wishing her her a very happy future. A massive thank you to everyone who has taken the time to care for her. xxx - 2012-01-17 00:11 Neighbark
- Oh thank you Bonzocat - I finally made it, and it was well worth the effort as its a lovely site. I like the forums - so many like-minded dog lovers and cruelty haters! - Have I got it right - do you now have little Tessa? Will u keep us updated on her progress please. And can I register for a 'home-check' when she's feeling better and more social? (just being tenacious !) And yes K9 Chum - you've sussed me out, I AM tenacious (not many people can spell that !) - glad u gave me the lead! (spelling lead....)
- 2012-01-16 16:39 jobadger
- Oh Neighbark - I was hoping she'd come to you when I saw she wasn't on founds. Good luck with Little Dog Rescue! I'm sure there won't be a problem. xxx

- Neighbark. Sorry you are having problems with the forum. Please contact me chris@littledogrescue.co.uk and I can try and help you.

- Neighbark, I am smiling to myself here reading your comments. You are as tenacious as a terrier, must be the fact that you have years of experience with them. I have no doubt that you will make contact with the rescue that has her and when you do I hope your application is successful. Would be interested to know who her microchip is registerd to and what they have to say!Last edited: 2012-01-16 14:43:56 by k9chum

- Just spent 15 mins trying to register with the little dogs home she's in. Most difficult site to register on that I have ever encountered, such a pity. So many hurdles to get on site+ activation keys that don't work.... I just wanted to make myself known to them in the hope that little Tessa could come and live with me when she's better. If u r reading this little dogs rescue home...I have big heart, big garden in country, chicken wire surrounding, lifetimes experience with little terriers....hope I qualify - (if I can get onto your site that is!).

- Sure this little girl will soon settle down when she finds her forever home. There are some evil people around, and there is no excuse, people can always phone the `Dogs Trust` (I feel like putting them in the dustbin) Good luck sweetheart, you deserve it. Sending you lots of hugs from mexxxxxxxxxx

- Tessa is now with the Little Dog Rescue, www.littledogrescueforum.co.uk but will not be up for rehoming until she has been to the vet and fully assessed
- 2012-01-16 11:09 Goldenfrodo
- This little girl is now settling into one of the Rescue's Foster Homes.
Good luck sweetheart.
Will move her over to Reunited now. - 2012-01-16 00:32 Neighbark
- I have now spoken to Goldenfrodo...the little girl isn't a happy bunny, and will be assessed by a shelter who hopefully will get back to me. Poor little thing. Vile cruel people who discarded her and left her to die in a dustbin eh! Thank you jobbadger.
Goldenfrow - I can't find that forum you told me about..... - 2012-01-15 12:50 jobadger
- Neighbark - I do hope you are able to become this little one's mum! She's a little cutie and will love all the TLC she's going to get. xx
- 2012-01-13 13:53 Neighbark
- What can I do to become her 'forever home' ? I've left a voicemail message with tel no. in the advert (is that your goldenfrodo ?) Which rescue will she be taken to? is she still with the finder?
- 2012-01-13 12:01 Goldenfrodo
- This little one is going to Rescue and will be rehomed from there.
Will move her into the Blue when she's safe in Rescue. - 2012-01-13 00:29 Neighbark
- Goldenfrodo - where is she being held? I seriously would like to know more about her with a view to possibly offering her a home with me, if her owners arn't found. can u please email me? or call 07974 443931 thank you.
- 2012-01-12 12:09 bertiejess
- Glad they have rescue spaces if they are unclaimed :)
- 2012-01-12 00:04 hamish&katy
- Yorkie rescue will take her and the other Tzu Shandy who was found, if needed :)
- 2012-01-11 23:44 Neighbark
- I'd like to have her - show her how to laugh and love again, she's beautiful. She DOES look like Bailey -but Bailey wasn't chipped??? have Bailey's owners in Bedworth been contacted and told to take a look? Bet she's been thru such a lot. Where is she being kept ? How unfriendly is she towards other small dogs?
- 2012-01-11 16:55 dewilliams42
- IT COULD BE SHE WAS STOLEN, BRED FROM AND THEN DUMPED. PERHAPS HER CHIP MIGHT REVEAL SOMETHING.
- 2012-01-11 16:48 scootjockey
- Aawwwh poor little tiny girl. What a horrible little life she`s had.It easy to fall in love with this tiny tot.Pray for a loving devoted family to come forward for her. God bless Tays mum x
- 2012-01-11 16:09 AlisonH
- could this be Bailey 30743. Photos taken from different angles but similar in size and colouring.
- 2012-01-11 14:38 lesleyjane
- Aw, bless, she must be terrified! But she's chipped which is strange, someone must have cared about her enough to do that. Is the chip info not up to date? Hope she finds lots of love somewhere.xx
- 2012-01-11 13:56 Glynafon
- Poor poor baby. She so deserves to find someone to love her!. Someone probably made money from her pups, now she is just discarded like the rubbish
- 2012-01-11 12:01 Jackalee (Kathryn) - Area Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester
- I saw this girl on the kennels website, just breaks my heart that someone would leave her in a bin !!!! Is it any wonder she is not very friendly at the moment, don't think I would be. She is gorgeous and hope she finds peace with someone who will give her the love she needs xx
- 2012-01-11 11:41 Goldenfrodo
- This little girl was found in a dustbin. She doesnt appear to be dog friendly at the moment, but the lady who found her said she was fine with her dog.
