At first glance it doesn't look like Charlie, but with the different camera angles I couldn't be sure so thought it best if someone who knows him checks

Leigh Cats & Dogs Home have got a Border Collie in at the moment that we obviously had to check out and make sure it wasn't Badger - seems this one they have was picked up in St Helens if anyone has reported on missing from around there, perhaps check out Leigh?

I hate to post this and hope it is not your Charlie, but there is a border collie in the Chester area on the found pages, who unfortunately passed away very recently after what looked like a car accident. There are no colour details, but you should be able to find the person who took him to the vets.

Had a message from Charlie's owner to say it wasnt him at MDH.

The owner has received a txt messagw saying there may of been a possible sighting at a pub (The Red cat) which is not far from the owners house. I have advised to take lots of posters there and explained if sighted again how to approach him. The owner will going there this morning...

Managed to speak to AW. The found was taken to the police station in Bury then taken to Pet Medics (which is what the postcode M28 relates to)It was then taken to MDH yesterday. I have phoned the owner with all this information...

It could well be worth contacting the park warden for haigh plantations, theres an old railway line that runs straight through the woods, and as far as I know, it goes to hindley, I know a dog that was lost for a week and ended up at the other end of the line! theres no tracks, or trains, so its quite safe. Theres the canal too, I'l put a few posters up when i'm home over the weekend where the dog walkers park and go into the woods, just incase.

Just spoken to Charlie's owner and both Leigh and MDH have been visited again but sadly nothing. Hopefully he will be in the local paper this week.

Spoken to the owner and he has contacted the DW for both Wigan and Bolton. Leigh Cats and Dogs Home was also visited yesterday. I have advised to contact all vets and the police. As soon as he get a picture on here he will start postering. Any help from local helpers would be appreciated...
