Can email alerts be sent out please. Thanks.

Hello, Brock is my neighbour, Rachel's dog. He is an English Springer Spaniel, but is small for a dog. His tail has been docked and when he went missing he was wearing a navy blue collar but with no tag. Rachel and family only got the dog three weeks ago and he may well be microchipped, but will be the previous owner's details. Thank you for all your help.
