Spoke to animal wardens they confirmed above to me.

A yellow lab has been found in Gwent on 18th March and is on Animal Search website, http://www.animalsearchuk.co.uk/view_found_pet.php?petref=AFP51476 but without a photo I have no idea at all if it is him.
