- Riley was found stuck in a hedge. The horses at the local stables were out and they went mad near the hedge so the lady went over and found him. He is now at the vets, he has lost a lot of weight but hopefully he will be fine.

- The dog on the national pet r rooster is not yours. I have chased it up. He was black and brown, he was involved in an RTA And didn't make it. Keep casing your dog warden. Fingers crossed he will turn up some whet

- I have spoken to the owner this is what they report:- they have been out twice a day for hours looking for Riley with their other dogs and thus far nothing, he could be anywhere in the Hanbury Area. They live in Feckenham. The dogs normally go off wondering around farm land and turn up on their own into their pen at the workshop this time only one dog came back. Riley is wearing a collar! - I suggested that they call the dog warden again as I found with Fern that one call doesn't always cut the mustard and put up a very large notice outside the workshop so that neighbours and passer by's see it. I have suggested that they go around to some of the other farms in the area on the off chance someone has picked him up. I have given them my phone number. Searching this type of area is difficult and you might like to google map it first.

- I took my old boy for a walk, however He's not much use. Not even sure I was looking in an accurate area. I can go again tomorrow with one of my other Springers who is a keen rabbit hunter and a good working dog. I will contact owner in the morning, one to check if dog has been found and two where exactly they feel the dog goes off Rabbiting, I did speak with owner earlier however the area on my own was far to large. At work on Monday so will update on my progress. Maybe myself and Bailey owner could coordinate.Last edited: 2012-01-22 00:49:58 by skyrocket

- Have emailed Worcester friends asking for help They have a beagle (Bailey) - maybe he would be an asset with his sense of smell? Bailey was also a missing dog (my first success), so I'm very proud of him! He was 'defrocked' 5 days ago, but I'm sure it won't affect his scenting!Last edited: 2012-01-21 22:59:51 by Neighbark

- Spoke to owner, Riley went off rabbiting with his brother, his brother came back but he hasn't. He has done this before but has always returned. This is a very rural area, and is on a farm. Owners husband and son are out looking for him now. DW has been informed. Liz xxLast edited: 2012-01-21 10:57:30
