Thank you whoever called me yesterday and alerted me of the elderly dachshund found in Weston. It was much appreciated - apologies that my phone was cutting out.. Trains! I have called the relevant number and left a message and will post with news when I have it. I'M DOING A STAND AT THE EMPINGHAM DOG TRAINING CLUBS ANNUAL AGILITY SHOW ON SAT 23RD & SUN 24TH JULY - A HUGE SHOW AT GRANTHAM. IF YOU WANT ME TO TAKE POSTERS OF YOUR DOGS PLEASE PM ME WITH THE PAGE ON DOG LOST, REF OR DESCRIPTION & NAME OF DOG OTHERWISE IT TAKES ME HOURS TO FIND THEM. I'VE DONE SMALL PICTURES OF THEM ALL ANYWAY BUT IF YOU WANT A4 SIZE ON DISPLAY WITH OTHERS TO HAND OUT THEN PM ME AND I'LL GIVE YOU MY ADDRESS TO SEND THEM TO. I WILL LAMINATE 1 FOR THE STAND IF I GET THE TIME AND THE REST CAN BE HANDED OUT. ALSO TAKING JESTERS LAW PETITION AND DOG THEFT PETITION - see dog theft action group website. Can you confirm please, whether Oliver is a Standard or Miniature Wire Haired, as Dachshunds come in two sizes & three different coats.

Jayne, thanks for your advice. The Weston Mecury are going to run a story and have been really helpful. We are now calling all the local shops and hotels to see if they will put up a poster. Fingers crossed! It is Mary's birthday on Monday and any news would be the best present. Melanie.
